Preparation and Delivery Times

 Processing Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

 Delivery Time: Shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days from dispatch.

 Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Cost

 The standard shipping cost to anywhere in Spain is €2.99, which is automatically added at the payment gateway when processing the order.

Delivery Incidents and Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly and completely. If you detect an error in your address after processing the purchase, contact us immediately via our support email to try and correct it before the order is dispatched.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal Period

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the moment you receive the product at your home to request a return or refund.

Refund Process

Once the return or compensation is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the same payment method used during the purchase (card or payment gateway) within a usual period of 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
